Fabrics, trims and accessories on this website are not ongoing so please order enough to complete your project

Products and services have been described as accurately as possible. Comments regarding their use or care are only offered as a helpful guide and it is your responsibility to ensure any items you purchase / combine are suitable for their intended use and the care you can give them

Lycra® and Tactel® are names registered to Du Pont (Invista). Wherever these words are used throughout this site the ® mark is implied even if not shown

Any images on this site are intended as a guide, and sizes, textures or colours displayed on your browser are not guaranteed to be an exact replica of the actual product IRL

The minimum cut on any fabric or trimming is 100 mm (4"). Quantities greater than this are sold in multiples of 50 mm (2.5")

Natural Products
I use many natural gemstones and freshwater pearls in my jewellery. As natural products the beads are rarely flawless and perfectly matched pairs or sets are even more difficult to achieve. Therefore slight shape imperfections, occlusions or discolorations are not considered faults, in fact they often enhance the natural gemstone beauty and certainly confirm their genuine natural origin

Privacy
By supplying your contact details either through an order, an email, by phone or by written word, you are agreeing that I may contact you using any of those methods

I guarantee that any details you provide will be used for customer service purposes only and no information will ever be released to a third party unless required to do so by law

Pricing and Payment
By default, all prices displayed on this site are in New Zealand Dollars and any prices displayed in another currency are only indicative of the exchange rate at the time you are browsing

Payment is accepted by Bank Transfer or Internet Banking

Laybys are accepted, please contact me for details.

Shipping
Once payment has been received, please allow 2 working days for your purchase to be shipped

Delivery of the goods is made by me when I ship the goods to you, and the risk passes to you as soon as the goods leave my premises

I accept no liability for loss, non delivery, damage during transit, delays in delivery or any subsequent consequences due to loss, damage or delays

In the unlikely event that your goods are not safely delivered, I will co-operate with any transit company to provide the necessary details of your purchase. Should the transit company accept a claim on any undelivered or damaged goods, my compensation to you will only be in the form of product to a similar value as your original purchase

New Zealand delivery
The shopping cart charges a flat rate of $5.00. I reserve the right to charge less or more depending on the size of your order. You will need to contact me

International delivery
Please contact me for pricing and options.
N.B. I am not responsible for any duties or further delivery fees that may be incurred by Customs and/or Delivery Agents once your order arrives in your home country

Returns
Contact me within 3 working days of receipt and I will let you know the procedure to follow. I reserve the right to assess the condition of the goods on their return. Please note I do not refund or exchange on any cut length of fabric or trim, or because you have changed your mind

If I consider any returned goods to be faulty I will meet my obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and repair or replace the item free of charge

Legal Stuff
By New Zealand law, a record must be kept of your name and address, and details of your orders and payments. Beyond this lawful responsibility, all information will be kept completely secure, and confidential

Any disputes arising from these terms & conditions shall be resolved in New Plymouth, New Zealand, under NZ Law, by a sole arbitrator appointed by the President of the Taranaki District Law Society and the decision shall be binding on all parties
